Say Hi to Rachel, one of our Account Managers and perhaps the biggest Broncos fan residing on the East Coast. She may or may not send her daughter to school on gameday decked in orange and blue.
When not hanging about the office, you can find Rachel hitting the gym EVERY morning at 4 am, relaxing at local breweries with the fam, and meal-prepping some delectable gluten-free spreads.
Currently, Rachel leads client initiatives for Wilbanks Smith & Thomas and Visit Currituck amongst others. She has this innate ability identifying her clients’ goals and translating them in terms creatives understand.
We now interrupt her busy day for a quick Hi-5.
Rachel Hollis & Tony Robbins – As a podcast junky, I’ve found myself listening to RISE and Tony Robbins’ podcasts the most, both for similar reasons.
As a full-time working mom and (military) wife, it’s been a personal mission of mine to attain more balance in life while feeling less guilty doing so.
I’ve found Rachel Hollis to be super refreshing in this pursuit. A working mom and wife. While Tony Robbins… well, he’s just amazing. His overall energy and outlook on life are notably contagious. Truthfully, I don’t go a single day without listening to him.
Plain & simple, I love building relationships with people. Whether it’s with a client or a coworker, I genuinely enjoy making connections and growing together to create something long-lasting and beneficial to one another.
Oh, and organization! An organized, functional space (with labels) brings me a significant amount of joy!
I’m only a morning person IF I’ve had coffee. During the week, I’m up at 4 AM to workout and everyone can always tell if I haven’t had my coffee yet. No coffee, no talkie (yes, that is a thing!)
So maybe that makes me a night-owl after all.
I prefer neither one over the other! Naturally, I’d say I’m pretty self-motivated, so I definitely try to take advantage of the days where I can work from home as I tend to be just as productive. Though, I thoroughly enjoy working with people and have face-to-face conversations. So having the ability to do both during the week, definitely allows for a harmonious work-life balance.
That’s a big question but I’ll try to keep it simple…
As the account manager and primary point of contact for many, I have the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life each and every day. While I thrive on deadlines and launching big projects, I gauge success by how people felt after interacting with me. If I can leave someone feeling better than when we started, I consider myself successful. So to answer the question, I do what I do because I love people.
Rachel helps create an open, collaborative, and comfortable environment – one where we work as an extension of your team every step of the way. Hit us up if you’d like to collaborate on a project together, we’d be happy to get this conversation going!
