Ciniva worked with long-time partner Care-A-Lot Pets to launch their home delivery service with a video campaign. As it launched our community began making changes due to the imminent threat of Covid-19 and we evolved the campaign to continue our support of Care-A-Lot Pets.

This campaign launched as Covid-19 became present in our community. As true partners in Care-A-Lot Pet’s success we created an additional cut removing all human interaction and showing the delivery being made as a doorstep drop-off with sanitation. Though the home delivery service is year-round and a part of the Care-A-Lot marketing strategy, it has become an integral part of business during such difficult times.
Delivered to Your Door

Care-A-Lot is brand that genuinely cares. Founded by pet-lovers because they couldn’t find the right products in Hampton Roads, the executive team prides themselves on carrying only top quality. But with competitors like Chewy and Amazon we see that online shoppers begin to favor ease rather than quality of product or it’s seller’s knowledge. The home delivery campaign shows the actual delivery experience from the branded van to customer interaction.

One Less Thing to Worry About

Following the brand strategy we architect-ed with the Because We Care campaign, we wove a new level of care into the digital ads for this campaign. Leveraging the mission the goal of the video spot was simple: show the local delivery experience for exactly what it is – local love. Images of employee, customer, and pet act as heroes, helping audiences keep this service top of mind as they fill their online carts.

Coming Together as a Community
